In recent months, the ties between Pakistan and the US have significantly improved, which is now reflecting in other fields as well. Recently, the country’s Acting Assistant Secretary of State for South and Central Asian Affairs, Alice Wells, commended the economic reforms efforts by the Pakistan government. Moreover, Pakistan is also seeking US help to get out of FATF’s greylist.
In return, Pakistan is helping the United States to improve its ties with Iran and get an honorable exit from Afghanistan.
