Pakistan’s largest real estate portal, Zameen.com, is all set to hold ‘Zameen Expo Karachi 2020’ at Expo Centre Karachi on February 1 and 2. More than 140 builders and developers are expected to showcase major property projects currently dominating Pakistan’s real estate market.
The event will be inaugurated by Federal Minister for Maritime Affairs, Ali Zaidi, along with Zameen.com CEO, Zeeshan Ali Khan, on February 1.
Since 2014 Zameen.com has hosted 19 such expos in cities across Pakistan as well as in Dubai, featuring approximately 1,608 exhibitors and attracting more than one million visitors.
“We are beginning the year 2020 with the Karachi Expo, which should benefit the real estate industry as a whole,” said Zameen.com CEO Zeeshan Ali Khan.
He said that all leading names from Pakistan’s real estate sector are participating in the Expo, which proves that such exhibitions are essential for the growth of the industry.

Zameen.com is nothing but a real estate agent. Their sales agent only needs comission. For that comission they misguide investors and genuine buyers who saves their life savings to only purchase to make their home. They only need their comission after that they do not entertain customer and even their agents behaviour change after getting their comission. I am also one of their overseas customer who bought a unit in one of their project The Motor City by Shaikhani. on contract signature there was not written anything about development charges and i also asked about any hidden charges. But they refused that time of booking by saying that this only total amount you are signing as per payment plan schedule. Now the The Motor City Karachi is asking for development charges in the middle of installment periods they did not even develop anything on the project but a roads pipeline thats it. And they are asking the same development charges as Bahria is asking like the small project is comparing itself to Bahria whih is not even develop yet. Like seriously? I and all the allotees are facing these hidden charges in the name of development charges. We (allotees) have done meeting several times with Zameen.com senior representatives and they only give lollipop us they are discusing this with builder. Now we are all The Motorcity allotees are helpless same like Fazaiya and Bahria. Because zameen.com is not taking any side of their customers but their client The Shaikhani Group. This is my worst experience with Zameen which i wanted to share to all the readers to save yourself and your savings from this Real Estate Shop under the Big name.
main overseas customer ho inka …main na in se aik project liya “the motor city” ka name se ye log call kar ka kar tang kr diya sir jailde booking karwa lain …acha project han.. kher mein na in se ye project utha liya mera phela experience tha ..or project bhi mujhe acha laga tha…. lekin bad main builder shakani group company na development charges 7lac laga diya or jab main na contact kya or meeting ki zameen walo se … tu kahnay lagye ap ko dyna he hogye….. or jab ka contract mein asa kuch ni tha development charges ka …… ye shakani or zamen wale chor han bhaiyo ap se gurzarish han jab bhi kuch chez li jye direct builder se he liya ga…..zameen aik fraud company han or porject 3 saal ka tha abi tak srf pipe ka kam hova han wo bhi slow slow kafi logo ki installment puri bhi hogye or kuch ka 1saal ki tak karni han prjoect bht slow han . shukriya
