A Gang is Blocking Sui Gas Connections in Karachi

A gang has recently become active in Karachi blocking people’s gas meters with SSGC-stamped locks, demanding money from the citizens to unblock the gas supply.

The group has been reportedly asking Karachiites to pay hefty sums to resume the gas supply after putting a lock on the meter.

After blocking the supply, they leave a hand-written slip with a mobile number. Upon contact, these people demand cash transferred through mobile banking to resume supply.
