Electricity Bill Deadline Extended by a Week

The federal government has extended the payment date for electricity bills across the country till April 7. The decision is being hailed as a significant relief amid the coronavirus lockdown as people will no longer have to worry about the late payment surcharge.

A notification has been sent to all power supplying companies across the country. The directive will not apply to K-Electric consumers.
