Teenage batting sensation, Haider Ali, has already made a lot of fans with his flamboyant batting style in the Pakistan Super League (PSL).
A number of former cricketers have also touted him to become the next superstar while comparing him to the likes of Babar Azam and Virat Kohli. Surprisingly, neither of these two is his batting idol.

Responding to a question in a YouTube video, Haider revealed that his favorite cricketer is Indian opening batsman, Rohit Sharma. The explosive batsman’s striking ability has impressed Haider the most and he wants to have that in his game as well.
My idol is Rohit Sharma. The best thing about him is his strike rate and I want that in my game.
Talking about his favorite Pakistani batsman, he pointed to Babar Azam. Earlier, Shoaib Akhtar had said that Haider will go on to become a better batsman than Babar Azam.
Cricket pundits believe that it is only a matter of time that Haider Ali will be batting alongside his favorite Babar in the national outfit.
