Sindh Education and Literacy Department has released the schedule for matric and higher secondary school examinations in the province.
A notification issued on Tuesday confirmed that the secondary examinations in Sindh will start from June 15, and will last till June 31.
According to the schedule, the higher secondary school exams will start from July 6 and will continue till mid-July. A subject-wise schedule will follow in due course.

In a previous announcement, Sindh Education Minister, Saeed Ghani, had said that all examinations will be conducted in the afternoon. The result will be out by 15th August, he added.
Usually, Sindh conducts secondary exams in March-April and higher secondary exams in April-May. However, the examinations were postponed due to the closure of schools amid the coronavirus lockdown.

The provincial government had announced an early summer break which will end on May 30, the notification said.
Moreover, all educational institutions in Sindh will observe winter holidays from December 20 to 31, it added.
Perhaps, “JUNE 31” to appear on calendars this year due to COVID-19!!!!!!
