The all-rounder has been quite vocal about Kashmir and his remarks on a recent visit there has sparked plenty of talk in India. Pakistan and Kashmir are often hot topics on Twitter in India, and this time around Shahid Afridi is trending on both sides of the border.

Both Yuvraj Singh and Harbhajan Singh donated to Shahid Afridi Foundation to help the needy in Pakistan amid dire circumstances due to COVID-19. The two had to face plenty of backlash from the masses for helping Pakistan, however, Afridi used that money to distribute ration among the members of the Hindu community.

He has not roasted anyone but himself. He has dragged politics into Sports and now making Sports controversial. He is mixing Religion and Politics with Sports and that will have far reaching consequences.
It seems that he is following the footsteps of Imran Khan to get the top position. The pattern is the same. He is doing social work ( on the expense of People money), while giving statements at the same time. He is slowly build his “political profile”.
