In a bid to improve user experience and provide quality services, the Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (FESCO) has also introduced online new power connection applications via the PITC ENC web portal. Now consumers can receive and submit applications for new electricity connections through this portal.
A spokesperson of the power supply company informed this to media person during a brief press talk.

With this facility, anyone can apply for a new connection online without having to visit FESCO offices, he said.
The spokesperson added that training of all technical officers, technical assistants, head draftsmen, tracers, and computer operators will be initiated. They will be able to handle the new connection application portal effectively.
