Youth To Receive Rs. 15 Billion in the Next 6 Months

Special Assistant to PM on Youth Affairs, Usman Dar, said on Tuesday that Imran Khan’s flagship initiative, Kamyab Jawan Programme, will disburse Rs. 15 billion among the youth in the next six months, with Rs. 2 billion already distributed.

Speaking to the press alongside the Minister for Information and Broadcasting, Senator Shibli Faraz, Dar said that the government is planning to move ahead with decisive projects at the industrial level.

As per the press briefing, Usman Dar revealed that PM Imran Khan would announce a historic development package worth Rs. 17 billion during his visit to Sialkot city.

Later during the press briefing, Usman Dar said that Imran Khan would also launch a clean drinking water project for the residents of Sialkot. Under the Phase-1 of this project, over 400,000 people will gain access to clean drinking water within the next two years. The Special Assistant to PM later remarked that Khan would initiate tentative construction plans for five new parks, under the Clean & Green Pakistan initiative, within the city.

Meanwhile, Usman Dar was highly critical of the opposition and Nawaz leadership for making relentless efforts to diminish the country’s economic progress. As per reports, he remarked,

A woman, who cannot even win a councilor seat, is seeking the resignation of an elected representative.

Imran Khan will finalize tenders and inaugural proceedings today.
