The Pakistan Association of Automotive Parts & Accessories Manufacturers has decided to delay the PAPS 2021 Pakistan Auto Show 2021 again due to ongoing concerns for COVID-19.
Although the organizers are yet to make an official announcement, a reliable source informed Propakistani that the event is likely to be postponed to either mid-December 2021 or mid-January 2022.
He added that the date and venue of the event will be confirmed shortly after the Trade Development Authority of Pakistan approves the application for the convention.
This is the second time that the Pakistan Auto Show 2021 has been delayed this year. The event was originally planned to take place from 2 to 5 July but was postponed to 10 to 14 November.
Every year, the event includes various popular automakers for passenger vehicles and commercial vehicles. While parts and accessories manufacturers also set up stalls at the event, it is always the new vehicles on display for enthusiasts, analysts, and the general public that are the highlight of the show.
The PAS 2021 is expected to feature some prominent and interesting new vehicles that will draw a lot of attention and possibly nudge the automakers to introduce them in the market to facilitate healthy competition and provide more options to local car buyers.
