Jazz’s Mobile Broadband Fastest in Pakistan, Says Ookla Q4 2023 Report

Ookla’s market report for the fourth quarter of 2023 has identified Jazz as a notable performer in Pakistan’s mobile broadband sector.

According to the report, Jazz recorded an average download speed of 21.38 Mbps, emerging as the fastest mobile broadband provider in the country during this period.

Other mobile operators including Zong, Ufone, and Telenor reported download speeds of 19.52 Mbps, 10.18 Mbps, and 5.14 Mbps, respectively.

The report also makes Jazz the fastest mobile internet provider for the whole of 2023, securing first place in all of Ookla’s market surveys during the year in the specific category.

Jazz was also reported to be the most consistent mobile broadband provider in 2023, achieving the highest consistency scores of 82.1% in Q1 and 80.5% in Q3. For Q4, 2023, Jazz’s consistency score was 81.9%, second only to Zong’s 83.2% leading score.

The report, derived from Ookla’s global netwrok intelligence and connectivity insights, provides quarterly analyses of mobile and fixed-line broadband speeds, latency, and consistency delivered by major market players.
