Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) has introduced a 14% discount for flights operating between Toronto and Pakistan to mark Independence Day.
According to the national flag carrier, the 14% fare discount will be available for bookings from August 1 to August 14 this year.
The PIA spokesperson confirmed that to benefit from the 14% discount, flights from Toronto to Pakistan must be booked for travel between August 15 and November 14.
It is pertinent to mention that the national flag carrier frequently introduces fare discounts during various events and occasions.
On the other hand, PIA commenced two weekly direct flights from Quetta to Jeddah on Wednesday. The PIA spokesperson announced that flight PK 767, the first direct service from Quetta to Jeddah, transported 141 Umrah pilgrims.
Talking about the flight operation between Quetta and Jeddah, Governor Balochistan Sheikh Jaffar Mandokhail stated that these direct flights would greatly benefit the people of Balochistan.
