Samsung Accidentally Confirms Price Hike for Galaxy S24 FE

Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy S24 FE is rumored to get a price hike and now we have official proof of it from Samsung itself. The company accidentally uploaded the phone’s sign-up page for pre-orders but quickly took it down. This was not before someone noticed this webpage online.

This sign-up page confirmed the rumored price tag and verified a few details about the phone’s specifications.

The upcoming Samsung Galaxy S24 FE will be available in two storage options: 128 GB and 256 GB. The 128 GB model will retail for $650, while the 256 GB model will be priced at $710. This represents a slight increase compared to the starting price of $600 for the S23 FE last year, confirming earlier rumors.

In terms of camera specifications, the S24 FE will feature a setup similar to that of its predecessor, the S23 FE. This includes a 50MP main camera, a 12MP ultra-wide camera, an 8MP 3x telephoto camera, and a 10MP selfie camera.

The Galaxy S24 FE is bringing the ProVisual Engine

One notable new addition to the S24 FE is the ProVisual Engine. This feature combines various advanced photography technologies such as Nightography, Generative Edit, AI Fusion, Expert RAW, and more. While these features were previously available on the S24 Ultra, the S24 FE version may have some limitations.

The Samsung Galaxy S24 FE will be powered by an Exynos 2400e chipset, a slightly underclocked version of the processor used in the main S24 series. Unlike previous models, the US version will not be equipped with a Snapdragon chipset. The S24 FE will come with 8 GB of RAM and will feature a 6.7-inch OLED display with a 1080p resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate.

Samsung has officially confirmed the US pricing for the S24 FE. However, European pricing is still based on rumors. According to these reports, the 128 GB and 256 GB models will be priced at €750 and €810, respectively. Both the Galaxy S24 FE and the Galaxy Tab S10 series are expected to be officially unveiled on October 3.
