Samsung is set to launch its latest software interface, One UI 7, in January 2025, coinciding with the release of its flagship Galaxy S25 lineup.
While leaked images of the Android 15-based interface have previously circulated, fresh details have emerged through a recent video showcased by Pakistani YouTuber Mobile Wala Bhai.
The demonstration, shown on a Galaxy S24 Ultra, highlights notable interface enhancements. A key feature includes a redesigned Quick Panel that now separates into two distinct sections: one dedicated to notifications and another for quick settings. The video’s entire commentary is in Urdu, so all Pakistani viewers should be able to watch it with ease.
Samsung’s revamped lock screen introduces more personalization options, enabling users to reposition the clock and other mini widgets. A notable addition includes a new pill at the bottom of the screen, with both emergency calls and charging animation displays.

The interface overhaul extends to system applications, with refreshed icons appearing for core apps including Camera, Contacts, and Gallery. The widget ecosystem has also received significant attention, with redesigned versions of Battery, Device Care, and Weather widgets complementing newly introduced options such as Images, Stories, and Secure Wi-Fi.
The notification alert screen now features larger displays with rounded corners. While this visual enhancement improves aesthetic appeal, it potentially reduces the amount of visible information, particularly for users who receive frequent notifications.
It remains unclear whether users will have the option to customize these notification settings or if this new design will be implemented as a fixed feature.
Keep in mind that the video is likely based on an early build of One UI 7 and the final version may have more changes to look forward to.
