All You Need to Know About Google Pixel 9a, Including Price

The leaked specifications of Google’s Pixel 9a reveal its key features ahead of the expected March launch. The device will run on the Tensor G4 chipset with 8 GB of LPDDR5X RAM while the storage options will range between 128 GB and 256 GB of UFS 3.1.

The Pixel 9a will feature a 6.28-inch display with a 1080 x 2424 resolution and a smooth 120 Hz refresh rate. The screen can reach a peak brightness of 2,700 nits and will include Gorilla Glass 3 for added durability.

The Pixel 9a will launch with Android 15 and promises seven years of software and security updates, ensuring its longevity and usability.

Google has equipped the Pixel 9a with a dual rear camera setup for photography. The main sensor is a 48MP f/1.7 lens (Samsung ISOCELL GN8), while the ultrawide sensor offers a 13MP f/2.2 resolution (Sony IMX712). The front camera, a 13MP sensor (Sony IMX712), will cater to selfies and video calls.

Google Pixel 9a will pack a 5,100 mAh battery that supports 23W wired charging and 7.5W wireless charging. Despite the larger battery, the phone remains compact at 154.7 x 73.3 x 8.9 mm and weighs only 185.9 grams. It will also come with an IP68 rating for water and dust resistance.

Google plans to offer the Pixel 9a in Obsidian, Porcelain, Iris, and Peony color options. The base model with 128 GB of storage will cost $499, while Verizon’s version, which includes mmWave 5G support, will be priced at $549.
