Ten Pakistani nationals have been arrested in Makkah for running an illegal trade in fake gold and defrauding Umrah pilgrims.
According to Makkah police, the group was involved in selling counterfeit gold coins and bars, targeting both Umrah pilgrims and others. The suspects were conducting fraudulent transactions under the guise of legitimate gold sales.
Law enforcement authorities took action, apprehended all members of the group, and initiated legal proceedings against them.
