Bangladesh Players Get Full NOCs for PSL X

The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) has granted NOCs (No Objection Certificates) to three Bangladeshi players for the 10th edition of the Pakistan Super League (PSL X), scheduled from April 11 to May 18, 2025.

Wicketkeeper-batter Litton Das and leg-spinner Rishad Hossain have received full-season NOCs, allowing them to participate in the entire tournament. However, young pacer Nahid Rana will only receive his NOC after completing national commitments, specifically the first Test match of Bangladesh’s upcoming series. As a result, Rana is expected to miss the first five matches of the PSL.

Shahriar Nafees, the BCB’s cricket operations in-charge, confirmed the development that the players have been granted NOCs, but their availability depends on their national commitments. This is why Nahid Rana will join the PSL later.

The three players were selected during the PSL X Draft held on January 13. Litton Das was picked by the Karachi Kings, adding a reliable wicketkeeper-batter to their squad. Lahore Qalandars secured the services of leg-spinner Rishad Hossain, while Peshawar Zalmi drafted the promising pacer Nahid Rana.

The PSL X promises to be an exciting tournament, with matches scheduled across Lahore, Karachi, Multan, and Rawalpindi. Recently, the PSL organized a replacement draft to bring in new players for cricketers who became unavailable for a portion of the upcoming season, allowing teams to finalize their temporary replacements for key players ahead of the scheduled training camps.
