Sindh Invites Students From Across Pakistan for Free Training in IT and Digital Skills

The Sindh Skills Development Program (SSDP) has officially opened admissions for its latest batch of completely free IT and digital skills courses.

While the program is based in Sindh, applications are also being accepted from students across Pakistan, including Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Balochistan, Azad Jammu and Kashmir, and Gilgit-Baltistan.

According to the SSDP, all courses are offered at no cost, with the aim of empowering the youth with essential technical skills in high-demand sectors. However, seats are limited, and interested applicants are encouraged to apply as soon as possible.

Step-by-Step Application Process

The admission process consists of multiple steps, starting with a simple online registration:

1. Go to the Apply Section – Applicants must first visit the official SSDP website and navigate to the “Apply” section.
2. New Registration – Fill in the required details in the admission form under the “New Registration” tab.
3.  Residency Verification – Candidates must upload one of the following documents: a domicile certificate, matric/intermediate certificate, or a utility bill to verify their residence in Pakistan.
4. Login for Admission Test – After registration, applicants will receive login credentials to take an online admission test.
5. Result and Reapplication – Those who pass will proceed to the next stage, while unsuccessful candidates may reapply after two months.
6. Application Review – The SSDP team will assess the application and verify the provided documents.
7. Fee Payment and Confirmation – A small registration fee will be required to confirm the seat after approval.
8. Final Verification and LMS Access – After the final review, students will be granted access to SSDP’s Learning Management System (LMS). In case of rejection, the registration fee will be refunded.
