In a welcome move for fans, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has confirmed that tickets purchased prior to the postponement of PSL Season X will remain valid for the rescheduled matches, starting May 17.
This decision offers relief to thousands of supporters who had bought tickets earlier in the season and were unsure of their status after the league was halted due to external circumstances. Now, with PSL X set to resume in Rawalpindi and conclude with the final in Lahore on May 25, ticket holders can breathe easy—they won’t need to repurchase or revalidate their tickets for all the remaining matches.
This update follows the board’s announcement that new tickets for the remaining eight matches are now on sale via the TCS website and designated express centers. The option to retain old tickets helps streamline access and reduces friction for fans eager to fill the stands once again.
With some foreign players returning, crowd support is expected to be even more crucial in what is shaping up to be a condensed, high-stakes finish to the season.
As PSL X prepares for its long-awaited restart, the PCB’s decision to honor existing ticket purchases is a clear signal of their intent to prioritize the fan experience while ensuring a smooth transition into the business end of the tournament.
