Kia Lucky Motor Corporation (LMC) has temporarily suspended bookings for the Sportage L HEV in Pakistan due to high global demand and uncertainty around the shipment schedule of Completely Knocked Down (CKD) kits.
The company announced that bookings will resume once there is more clarity regarding the arrival of these kits. In the meantime, all existing orders for the Sportage L HEV will be honored and delivered according to the schedule mentioned in the Provisional Booking Order (PBO).
Kia emphasized its commitment to transparency and open communication with customers, assuring buyers that it is closely monitoring the situation.
However, the company confirmed that bookings for the Sportage L 2.0L Alpha and 2.0L FWD variants remain open. Deliveries for these versions will continue as planned, as LMC has sufficient visibility on kit availability for these models.
Kia thanked its customers for their trust and assured them of continued service and support.
