The government has decided to align the training of bureaucrats with international standards.
The Establishment Division has announced its decision to implement training programs in accordance with the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) standards. Specifically, the Secretariat Training Institute (STI) will adopt the ISO 21001 framework to enhance the quality of training for civil bureaucrats.
To achieve this, the Secretariat Training Institute has invited tenders from reputable firms to assist in implementing these standards. The Establishment Division has issued a statement emphasizing that the initiative aims to improve public sector governance, ensure accountability, and promote transparency.
As per the announcement, interested firms can submit their bids by September 22, 2025, in compliance with the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) rules.
The Establishment Division further highlighted that the Secretariat Training Institute will play a pivotal role in enhancing the professional capacity of civil bureaucrats, ensuring they are equipped to meet modern governance challenges effectively.

The bueroracy don’t need to study international standards, as they already have much knowledge of this. They must be taught and inculcated ethics and social norms to deal with people humanly. They should learn to really treat themselves as public servants, instead of public masters!
Rightly said. This is what we are committed for and striving at. Currently the batch of civil servants being trained at Secretariat Training Institute can be observed any time. U r wlcm to visit STI and attend any ongoing session.
They should also follow the golden rules of teaching of Islam, like, Humanity & justice.
Teach them English vocabulary and spelling like bureaucracy, humanely, etc.
They declare themselves their property before joining their service when retire show their assetes how much they take bribe only adopt Islamic teaching did honestly
Good decision taken the Govt. By following this ISO Standard Beaurecrates will ensure their capabilities according to the ISO Standard and serves the nation in frame of this Standard rather then their will.
Our officers and official work fforce is already well educated and trained. We need not to adopt the standards of ISO. For iimprovement we may follow the training system of Royal Institute of Public Administration (RIPA) UK.
Another financial burden on country for administrative service officers who have failed at all levels of service delivery.
Non professional in basic study as per requirement of the public institution , all these training will be fail, how you can imagine simple Master in English Bureacrate can be improved in World level Standered of Audit &Accounts, FBRs,Income Tax Customs, GST etc Collection , please stop another nonproductive attempt, Nation already facing big financia, Economical Crisis,
Training has nothing to do when a man is living in a system that is CORRUPT itself and protect those who are corrupt. SYSTEM needs to be fixed not the person.
But Maryam pic is missing?????
Mashallah Mashalllah very good step, move, initiative of the Government. It is need of the hour. It is equally beneficial, fruitful & advantageous to Bureaucracy and the Public at large.
In the existing corrupt system training is useless, they never left corrupt practices neither vicious circle let them to adopt transference and accountable position,
