First Dawood Properties Limited (FDPL) has announced that its newly constructed building in Phase-VII (Ext), Defense, Karachi, has achieved full occupancy.
The company disclosed this development in a statement to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), highlighting the significance of this milestone.
The building is now fully rented to two prominent Information Technology (IT) companies. These companies specialize in providing technology-related services to offshore clients, contributing to the generation of valuable foreign currency for Pakistan. This achievement underscores FDPL’s commitment to fostering economic growth and supporting the country’s IT sector.
FDPL expressed gratitude for the successful completion and leasing of the property, attributing the accomplishment to the grace of Allah.
