Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has introduced a new traffic diversion near International City 1, in front of Dragon Mart, to facilitate the construction of the upcoming Dubai Metro Blue Line.
In an advisory shared on social media, the RTA said the measure aims to maintain traffic flow during the project’s development. “To ensure smooth journeys across Dubai, traffic diversions have been implemented near Dragon Mart as part of the Metro Blue Line works. Motorists are urged to follow road signs and plan their routes in advance,” the authority stated.
Drivers are encouraged to use alternative routes where possible and pay close attention to directional signboards to avoid congestion and ensure a safer, more convenient commute.
