The Government of Pakistan has kept the price of petrol unchanged but increased the per litre rate of high-speed diesel for the next fortnight, effective November 15, 2025, following recommendations from the Oil & Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) and relevant ministries.
According to a statement from the Finance Division, the price of petrol (MS) will remain the same at Rs. 265.45 per liter.
High-speed diesel (HSD) will see an increase of Rs. 6 per liter, with the new price set at Rs. 284.44 per liter, compared to the previous Rs 278.44.
The revised prices will remain in effect for the second half of November.
At the last fortnightly review of petroleum prices, the price of petrol (MS) was increased by Rs. 2.43 per liter, bringing the new rate to Rs. 265.45 per liter, up from Rs. 263.02, despite a huge drop in international oil prices.
Meanwhile, diesel saw an increase of Rs. 3.02 per liter two weeks ago, which saw its new price to Rs. 265.45.

Prices are still high. Govt must plan to give relief to its masses by decreasing the prices in each category .
Increase in petroleum prices does it have any justification does it allowed in neighbor countries
Totaly redicolous and unjustified… In one year, Brent prices plunged from $80+ to $60, even in last one month,, it dropped from $65.5 to $63 as lowest, with few spikes… But prices is on rise, question is why only diesel, does it not affect commercial impact much greater versus domestic petrol use…. With $nearly stable since a year, why keeping fuel prices high is beyond understanding, unless GoP to RIP off high differential to substitute it fiross of tax revenues
Vampires busy sucking the blood of common man
Common man elected them
No, common man didn’t elect them, some one else selected them.
Do you really think they are elected?
When the petrol/diesel prices increase the prices of everything increase. I also wonderful why prices are always in rupees +paisas. Why cant we have it in round figures?
