The opening ceremony and draw for the Empower Super League (ESL) 2026, presented by the University of Exeter, was held today at Empower Education Consultants’ office.
The 6 participating schools, i.e., Nixor College, Cedar College, Heuser College, The Lyceum, Foundation Public School, and Sceptre College, were represented by their respective head coaches. 3 teams were divided into 2 groups, with the group winners and runners-up moving on to the semifinals stage.
Group A features 2-time defending champions Nixor College, along with last year’s semi-finalists Sceptre College and Foundation Public School. Whereas Group B has 2-time runners-up Cedar College, The Lyceum, and newcomers Heuser College.
The tournament starts on 18th January 2026 at Al Nadi Al Burhani Sports Complex in Karachi, Pakistan, with the final being held on 30th January 2026.
