The franchise has been active on multiple fronts ahead of PSL 11. Recently, Hyderabad Kingsmen confirmed global sportswear brand New Balance as their official kit sponsor, making them the second PSL team to partner with the company after Sialkot Stallionz.
Off the field, the Kingsmen officially unveiled their full name and logo at a high-profile ceremony held at Niaz Stadium in Sindh on February 7.
While the announcement drew mixed reactions, particularly over the inclusion of “Houston” in the team’s name, it firmly placed Hyderabad on the PSL map as a new and ambitious entrant.
On the cricketing side, squad announcements have kept fans talking. The direct signing of Australia’s Marnus Labuschagne surprised many, while the acquisition of Saim Ayub for Rs. 12.6 crore received widespread approval. The team has also added local talent including Maaz Sadaqat, Usman Khan, and Akif Javed.
