Itanz, a Pakistani technology firm formerly known as Zahoor Cotton Mills, has won an international project after signing a contract with Icon Water Limited to implement its integration architecture systems.
According to a notice submitted to the Pakistan Stock Exchange, the agreement covers the deployment of integration architecture solutions for the Australian utility. The contract will run for five years and has a total value of AU$1.75 million.
The company said the project will involve the development and implementation of system integration architecture to support operational and digital infrastructure requirements of the utility.
The company stated that it will continue to maintain full compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate governance standards while executing the contract.
Itanz is a Pakistan-based technology services and enterprise software solutions provider that focuses on integration architecture, digital transformation and IT consulting. The company transitioned from textiles (Zahur Cotton Mills) to an IT solutions provider in 2025.
