The University of Karachi (KU) has announced a new class schedule under which in-person classes will be held twice a week starting Thursday, April 2.
According to an official notification, classes will take place on Mondays and Thursdays. Morning classes will be conducted from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., while evening classes will run from 3:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on both days.
The university has directed staff to ensure their presence in accordance with the schedule. Teaching will continue online on the remaining three days of the week.
Transport services will be available to students on both in-person class days. The notification also states that departments may conduct MPhil and PhD classes on weekends based on their specific requirements.
