Gold prices lost some value in Pakistan on Friday after a long Eid break.
According to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewelers Association, the price of gold per tola in Pakistan decreased by Rs. 500 to Rs. 474,862.
The price of 10 grams of gold fell by Rs. 429 to settle at Rs. 407,117.
Gold lost Rs. 2,400 on Tuesday to settle at Rs. 475,362.
In the international market, gold prices depreciated by $5 to settle at $4,525 per ounce.
Meanwhile, silver also lost some value today. It fell by Rs. 83 to settle at Rs. 8,034 per tola on Friday.
