Pakistan’s telecom sector contributed Rs. 285 billion to the national exchequer during July-March FY2026, according to the Pakistan Economic Survey released today.
The contribution came in the form of taxes and duties paid by the telecom sector during the period.
The Economic Survey stated that the sector made a substantial contribution to government revenue in the first nine months of FY2026.
