A team of Pakistan Army has won a gold medal and clinched the title of the “Best International Team” at the 4th COAS- International Tri-Adventure Competition held in Nepal.
According to a statement by Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), Pakistan Army participated in the International Tri-Adventure Competition for the first time.

Overall, a total of 20 teams of international armies from all over the world took part in the event that was held between 18 to 21 March.
The International Tri-Adventure Competition aims at testing the physical endurance and mental agility of the participating teams.

The teams are subjected to high-intensity activities which include 6.7 km of running, 26 km of cycling, and 11 km of rafting.
Chief of Army Staff, General Qamar Javed Bajwa, has lauded the Pakistan Army team for winning the competition and praised its highest standards of excellence and professionalism.
