BTS’s Jimin Confirms His Soulmate is a Man, Breaks Hearts Worldwide

BTS’s vocalist and powerhouse dancer, Park Jimin, has the fans going crazy with his recent revelation about his ‘love life’. The idol with an ‘angelic’ voice will be celebrating his birthday on 13 October and just broke hearts worldwide when he revealed this week that his ‘soulmate’ is a man.

During an interview for BTS’s latest album, Proof, Jimin was questioned about various aspects of his life and career, and the idol opened up about his fans and his music. One of the questions he had to answer is about who he thinks is his soulmate, to which he replied that it is a relationship where nothing is expected in return.

There are no expectations…neither of the partners demands anything from the other.

The Dynamite singer was also asked if he thinks someone like his fellow BTS member Taehyung (V) could be his soulmate, to which he replied,

I like to think that he is my soulmate. As we have several memories together.

There is a total of seven members in their band but Jimin and V have a strong bond. Their friendship is often referred to as ‘Vmin’ by Army.

The Permission to Dance singers were friends from their school days. V is known to have protected Jimin from bullies in school and reportedly convinced Big Hit to put him in the band.

The two even have a song called Friends which is based on their friendship throughout the years, which is on their fourth album, Map Of The Soul: 7. It was co-written and co-produced by Jimin. In the lyrics, the two idols refer to their past, differences, and inside jokes, and affirm that they are, indeed, soulmates.

Friends was featured in the soundtrack of the Marvel Cinematic Universe film, Eternals.
