From playing a transgender to an autistic person, Pakistani actorImran Ashraf loves to take on challenging roles. Its no wonder that he has become a household name in such a short time.
Imran’s performance in blockbuster TV series Ranjha Ranjha Kardi as Mohiuddin (Bhola) has made everyone fall in love with his character. So much that everyone was seen repeating his famous catchphrase “Hayee mazay.”
Just recently a political comedy show Hasb-e-Haal invited the star cast of Ranjha Ranjha Kardi. They included Imran Ashraf, Asma Abbas, and Kashif Mehmood.
The host of the show Junaid Saleem asked Imran how he felt about the character and what was the most difficult part of the drama.
Imran Ashraf replied:
Saying “Hayee Mazay” in front of Mumtaz Begum (a transgender character)Â was probably the most difficult task and I really enjoyed delivering that dialogue, but I failed to reproduce the same dialogue with the same energy in front of the mirror.
