Kubra Khan doesn’t use the celebrity card to get what she wants. In fact, the idea made her gag.

In an interview for Gloss etc when Maliha Rehman asked her about playing the celebrity the Jawani Phir Nahi Ani 2 actress did a gag reflex and immediately responded with;

“That makes me sick to my mouth. I do get protocols, but it’s funny the protocols I accept are from my friends.’

She says it makes her ‘cringe’ to drop her name to get what she wants.

“Just the thought that I have to say my name to get something and tell them to detour from their thing.”

She also mentioned that she’s really excited to work on Sang-e-Mah since she’ll be back with the team she first worked with. The drama serial had marked her TV debut.

So who else is part of this military drama? The Sinf-e-Ahan cast includes Sajal Aly, Syra Yousuf, and Yumna Zaidi.

They even dabbled in some method acting and these starlets will be performing duties as actual cadets as a part of their training.

“I don’t know if people know this or not but when we are going to shoot for Sinf-e-Ahan we’re not only going to be shooting, we have a good chunk of a period where we’re going to be trained as cadets and proper training will be given to us. We have to learn shooting, the salute practice and all of that.”

Kubra Khan further revealed what military training was like.

“We are going to be actual cadets for the selected period of time. That’s what makes me happy and makes me love my work so much that I guess in any other profession I won’t be able to just go in military and do whatever I’m doing in this project. I’m super excited about this project.”
