But apparently it started a meme fest. Someone said that Rs 4000 is trending because everyone is asking why is it trending with no absolute reason.

It was only after a few people revealed the reason behind this trend. It was actually a tweet by Asian News International (ANI) which started all of it. The media outlet shared a statement by Indian politician Aruna Chaudhray which reads,

“With a budgetary allocation of Rs 4,000 crores, the disbursement process of doubled Social Security Pensions at Rs 1,500 has been started from August 1. It will benefit 26,21,201 eligible beneficiaries: Punjab Cabinet Minister Aruna Chaudhary”

The tweet wasn’t even related to Pakistan but Pakistanis still managed to create content out of it. Once again, they have proved that no one can beat them when it comes to memes and humor.
