Saudi Airlines Loses Mahira Khan’s Bag

She tweeted about it to expedite action.

Pakistan’s superstar Mahira Khan recently attended the Red Sea International Film Festival in Jeddah but had her bag misplaced by Saudi Airlines.

She complained about her missing bag on Twitter:

 It’s been 3 days since I arrived and one of my bags was misplaced by Saudi Airlines. Despite following up several times a day there is still no update on the whereabouts of my suitcase.

She added that she decided to tweet about it so that the authorities would “respond faster”.

The Red Sea International Film Festival is taking place in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. It commenced on December 1 and will continue until today.

It was the Bol star’s first visit to the kingdom and she was delighted to be a part of the celebration of art and culture. She shared her views on the importance of films and art in promoting understanding between different cultures while at the prestigious event this week.

Mahira Khan thanked the organizers for giving her the opportunity to be part of the film festival.

“I am really happy that I could join such a fantastic event which helps bring together different cultures and spread awareness about them through films,” she said.

The superstar was seen interacting with various international artists including Jackie Chan, Hrithik Roshan, and Ranbir Kapoor.

The festival was also attended by Sajal Aly, Jemima Goldsmith, Shah Rukh Khan, Kareena Kapoor, and Saif Ali Khan.
