Just as we thought we are done with all the movies for the year 2022, stunning actress Syra Yousuf and her ex-husband Shahroze Sabzwari shared the first look of their highly anticipated film Babylicious. After 12 years of delays, the film is all set to release in February 2023. We got our Valentine’s Day surprise already.
Syra Yousuf shared the loved-up poster with the caption,

Shahroze also shared the poster and his caption reads,

The ex-spouses tagged each other in their respective posts and wished them good luck.
Babylicious, helmed by Essa Khan has Syra Yousuf and Shahroze Sabzwari in lead roles. They will be playing each other’s love interest. The director hinted at the story of the film, he told that it is a love story about ‘winning your ex back’.
Both of them were cast in this film when they were not divorced. Despite the divorce, Syra did not object to the fact that she will be doing a film with her ex-husband Shahroz, she proved her professionalism and recorded the film till the end.
Director of Babylicious, Essa told the media about the film (after their divorce), “We are not their khandan walay. We have a professional relationship and they believe in the project. They have worked hard towards it, especially Syra. The role required a lot from her, physically and emotionally. Even if we had started production after their problems, I like to believe they would have still done the project”.
The Chalay Thay Sath star made headlines in 2020 when she ended her marriage of seven years with fellow actor Shahroz Sabzwari.
For now, the actress is enjoying being single and loves to spend time with her beautiful daughter from her marriage to Shahroz.
