This package does not facinate me since the cellular operaters are providing much incentive rates than this terriff. Look at warid, Ufone, and I suppose Mobilink. If you pluss the rate to get per minute cost you come across the same charges.

I think PTCL has an edge over the voice quality when compared with cellular operators.
secondly 20 second pulse denomination gives a comfort for not being charged a whole Rs. 10 plus per minute for the fraction of the calls above a rounded minute.
