exactly most pathatic package i’ve ever seen, look what happened to me… Which is most confusing till now. I today subscribed to m9 0.9 plan. 30rupees per month is not a big deal as i thought and subscribed it with happiness. Got confirmation sms with in sec and that was the most shocking time, i got following message (Dear Customer you have subscribed to PHI package with free for month the charges are Rs + Tax.Dial 444 and listen to the music of your choise” . The most confusing line is “free for month the charges are rs 120+tax”… Now what i do? Well em just going to go back to z20 tomorrow. Still with zong just because of 2gb pakage..

Yes, I must say though, the website seems to be getting too many hits as it is not loading properly. Zong people need to get this fixed ASAP. I am not going to get it if its not fixed within a short span of time! It is very annoying!!

A totaly crap, they didnt answered me that why they’ve sent me msg regarding 120+tax. Just said that we’ll investigate issue. And an other worst thing about the package. One of my friend activated 2.2 plan, he got the same message stating 120+tax and when he called an offnet number (he got 31 minutes monthly benifit on activation). His balance deducted then we came to know that free benifits are only onnet either monthly or daily. Only sms benifits are on+offnet. Now thats the the most worst thing about the package. I think other networks’ brands are far g00d as compared to m9. They say we can design our own package which is beyond my thoughts. Can i design my own plan? I want call rate off 0.9+SMS RATE OF 2.0+GPRS RATE OF 2.0+BENIFITS OF 2.2 = my plan… If i can not design my plan according to my needs its not my plan.
