There was research that explored how people who are “always” connected by means of mobile devises become disconnected in their real world social relations. We think we are very social by being connected all the time but we are not. People close to us can tell us about that!
The info graphic is right when it shows social media is kind of addiction. Much like drug addiction. When you stop doing it you see symptoms similar to other addictions.
