Foodpanda has announced that it will give its customers a chance to win free meals every hour. The campaign will run by the name of Food Jazba from 20th March to 23rd March during which at least 2 customers will be chosen via digital draw every hour to receive ordered meal at no cost.

Talha Ansari, co-MD foodpanda.pk. said:

Pakistanis are finally delighted with the hope of winning this World Cup so we decided to amplify this enthusiasm. We have been offering some amazing discounts and deals through digital food festivals in the past but now it’s time to go one step ahead and add the bang. If you are the lucky one to be selected, your meal is on the house. We deliver what we promise!

This campaign is in connection with previous successful digital food festivals of foodpanda such as Great Khi Pizza Festival, Nationwide festivals and four-day New Year Carnival which reflects customer acquisition strategy. The campaigns resulted in 40% re-orders for foodpanda from 80% of the existing customer base.

Food Jazba will be viewed as another innovative campaign by foodpanda.pk which is targeted towards customer demand. By offering a chance to win free meal every hour, the brand looks to instigate delivery of promise and increased efforts to bring new and improved services every day.

Ahsan Mateen, co-MD foodpanda.pk. said:

There is no doubt that foodpanda are pioneers at innovation. This campaign will set a trend to be followed and we are proud of the fact that within a span of two years the market has come to be dominated by us. Acquisition is only one part of our bigger strategy. In coming days, we will give our customer base all the more reasons to trust the brand and find loyalty emanated from improved end user benefits

To participate in the festival, a customer must place an order using foodpanda.pk mobile app or website. There are no criteria for the selection. Orders can be made from a number of discounted deals. According to foodpanda.pk stats, 65% of orders are facilitated by app. The company is on the watch for increasing this number with more orders processed through Android, iOS and Windows devices.

  • we already have much jazba for food, see any road of any city and they are full of restaurant and restaurants are full of dumb people who dont eat to kill hunger but as a mode of entertainment. I hope one day thre will be any app that can bring jazba of education, moral values, honesty and stuff like that or at least there could be any app that can kill the jazba of food that we as a nation have.
