  • I hope ALLAH is watching and wish that this hatred inciting molvi gets what he deserves. He wants to give death penalty to someone who is NOT PROVED to be found guilty. These clerics always use such laws to create worse situations for country.

    • Brother is Islam! Not a single human being died at the hands of our beloved Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W.W) as He forgave anyone/everyone who hurt Him. Also, this death penalty law was implemented in 1986 in Pakistan and was non existent before then. This law need to be reverted as it has nothing to do with Islam or its teachings. Its only based on personal hatred.

      • Similar Law is also here in UAE but there is no death penalty, only jail time. (I’m not aware of such law in KSA, though. Apologies for my ignorance here.)
But even then, the courts decide on the basis of proof. In Pakistan, people have been mis-using these laws to satisfy their personal vendettas.
Further, i’m ashamed how people of my country decide individually who is “aashiq-e-rasool” and who isn’t. Every Muslim is not a muslim, without Muhammad SAWW’s Ishq. But once again, this awaam doesn’t follow his (SAWW’s) teachings, and act like complete animals.
