Yesterday, Redmi confirmed that it will introduce an Exclusive Edition of its recently launched K20 Pro. The device will have better specifications and is expected to feature Snapdragon 855+ chipset as well as more RAM.

As far as other specifications are concerned, they will most likely remain the same. The Exclusive Edition is expected to come with the same 6.39-inch AMOLED panel a 20 MP selfie camera housed in a pop-up mechanism.
The rear camera will have a triple sensor camera with a 48 MP main sensor, a 13 MP ultra-wide sensor and an 8 MP telephoto lens.
