Here’s Why PSL is the Toughest Tournament According to England Players

If we had to pick one best aspect of the Pakistan Super League (PSL), it would be the standard of bowling. A number of international players, including Shane Watson, have said this already.

English cricketers, Alex Hales and Phil Salt are also full of praise for the league especially due to the high-quality bowling.

Karachi Kings opener, Alex Hales, has termed PSL to be one of the toughest challenges for the batsmen due to the presence of the finest seamers and spinners.

Coming to play in Pakistan as a batsman is one of the toughest challenges. This tournament is blessed with some of the finest seamers and spinners you will find anywhere in the world.

Another England batsman, Phil Salt, who will be representing Islamabad United, has picked PSL as the best tournament because there are very few bowlers that can be targeted.

The PSL is the best tournament I’ve played in when it comes to the standard of bowling. In all other competitions, there are one or sometimes two bowlers who you fancy your chances against, but in the PSL there are very few bowlers that are a weak link.

Phil Salt is also looking forward to savoring the Lahori food this year.

I can’t wait to try the food in Lahore as the boys have been telling me how great the food is there.
