In a move that shouldn’t be a surprise to anyone, Indus Motor Company (IMC) has hiked the prices of its multiple models due to the devaluation of the rupee. The prices are effective from today i.e. 15 April 2020.
The devaluation of the rupee has resulted in an increase in the cost of local parts by IMC’s suppliers leading to a price hike. Almost all the models by the company including Yaris, Corolla and others have seen the price go up from Rs. 110,000 to Rs. 500,000.

The brand new Yaris has seen a price hike ranging from Rs. 120,000 for the base model to the top-of-the-line one seeing an increase of Rs. 150,000. You can see the new prices below:
