Accountability Court has acquitted Zain Malik, son-in-law of Malik Riaz, in six cases of fake accounts after the latter agreed to pay Rs. 9.5 billion under a plea bargain deal.
According to details, Accountability Court judge Mohammad Bashir heard and approved the acquittal plea of Zain Malik.

National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has also submitted the complete schedule of payment under the plea bargain deal to the Accountability Court.
Zain Malik has agreed to mortgage six of his properties to pay for the plea bargain deal to the NAB Rawalpindi Directorate.

He will pay Rs. 4 billion, 170 million, and 37 million in three different cases respectively through the mortgage after every three months for the next three years.
It must be noted that the acquittal under a plea bargain deal does not mean that the accused has been absolved of all the charges. Rather, the accused pleads guilty to a lesser charge in exchange for a more lenient sentence or an agreement to drop other charges under a plea bargain deal.

تاجی کھوکھر کو صرف اس نے نہیں پالا بلکہ ھمارے عظیم جرنیلوں نے اپنے ذاتی کاموں کیلئے بھی تاجی کھوکھر جیسے غنڈوں کو تحفظ دیا اور پالا.

These people should be hanged instead of giving them plea bargain deal .If you hang few such people , no body even dare to think of corruption. He has been given 75% To 90% ill gotten wealth legally against just 10% to 25% recovery.
