These Are the Best Batsmen from the National T20 Cup 2020

National T20 Cup has provided us with some brilliant batting performances over the past few weeks.

Youngsters such as Abdullah Shafique and Zeeshan Malik proved their mettle with exceptional performances in the tournament, and established players such as Mohammad Hafeez and Fakhar Zaman reiterated the importance of experience in the shortest format of the game.

Khushdil Shah’s fastest century boosted his chances of getting selected in the national team for the upcoming series against Zimbabwe and Imam’s consistent performances throughout the tournament have also made his case strong for a comeback to the international T20I side.

Batsmen were on fire during the tournament, with a total of 11,380 runs scored across 33 matches. 431 sixes were hit throughout the tournament with Khushdil Shah of Southern Punjab hitting 25 maximums. Khushdil’s strike-rate of 177.45 is the highest among batsmen with a minimum of 200 runs.

67 half-centuries were smashed during the tournament, with KP opener, Fakhar Zaman, leading the charts with 5 fifties.
