Huawei Announces Plans and Expected Launch Time for 6G Tech

Despite the vicious campaign of sanctions and restrictions against it, Huawei is still going strong and has continued on a positive development trajectory.

In a recent announcement, Huawei’s rotating Chairman, Xu Zhijun, revealed that the company projects to deploy the next-generation 6G technology as soon as 2030. He claimed that the network will be 50 times faster than 5G and will enhance the current 5G technology, which, by the way, is still at its developmental stage in various parts of the world.

He also said that the 6G white paper that will provide the necessary details on the technology for industry regulators and players will be unveiled soon.

In addition to higher speeds, the 6G technology will also provide a far superior performance and will have better metrics like peak rate, delay, traffic density, connection density, mobility, and spectrum efficiency. All these benefits combined will revamp how users around the world are connected. It will also positively impact the health, automobile, economic and technological space.
