PTCL customer care representatives are already robots. They nether understand the complaints nor try to resolve them.
Technology alone cannot do anything unless the humans handling such technology are efficient.
PTCL is one of the worst examples of service providers in Pakistan. I am telling this all from my personal experience.
That stupid service. Waste of time and money. After wasting your time of 20 to 25 minutes. Always say launching your complaint. That’s is total bullshit. If they leeching our money they should provide proper customer support. Like WTF Is 48 hours wait to resolve the issue why the big F they dont hire tech support. And not just that. It never resolve the issue in 48 hours. After complain keep begging to teck guys and line man. And if you call back all you can hear. A complaint is already register please wait. Like you have no other choice but wait. PTCL you are freaking robbers
