The home series will mark Pakistan’s return to Test cricket since their last match against Australia in January, with numerous changes expected in the team composition.
Sources indicate that several players may lose their spots due to form and fitness issues, making way for new talents like Mohammad Huraira and Sahibzada Farhan.
Media reports suggest that players such as Faheem Ashraf, Mohammad Wasim Jr, Saim Ayub, and Nauman Ali are at risk of being excluded from the squad.
